From Talgarth we followed footpaths around the foot of the Black Mountains until we reached Twmpa, then we climbed to the top, and followed the edge of the escarpment heading West and then South until we reached Y Grib, finally returning across the fields, and the Pwll-y-wrach Nature Reserve
