This area has a remote feel with wonderful views over a wide area of un-used land.
Close to the visitor centre there are many attractive paths and short walks,
but further away there are wide areas of boggy ground to be avoided.
However as well as all this there are sheep-cropped hills
with quarries, sink holes and limestone outcrops.
