Swansea

10th April 2018

This walk was perfect for the weather. It was raining in the morning,

and miraculously cleared as we arrived, remaining dry and pleasant all day,

with good clarity, and great for going up Kilvey Hill later in the day.

We started by the lake close to Llansamlet, and followed the Tawe past both new and old architecture,

including some interesting bridges and the old copper works and railway sidings, and then

spent quite a bit of time enjoying views of Swansea and the Bristol Channel from Kilvey Hill.

We returned via Bonmaen, and crossing areas of woodland.
