Sully

19th Dec 2017

This is an area so close to home that we tend to ignore it,

although we do have many memories of bringing visitors or children.

It is all contained in the coastal section between Penarth and Barry.

Our walk included the search for dinosaur footprints, of which we clearly saw many,

emphasized by the small rain puddles,

then we crossed to Sully island which is cut off at high tide,

and after that we finished with Cosmeston Lake which is very popular with local residents.
