Hill and Oldbury

Still  uncertain weather, but it was mainly dry and the paths were very good

considering the amount of rain we have had for the past month.

We started walking at Hill, close to St Michaels Church,

and then walked down a green lane to the edge of the River Severn.

We followed this Westwards, past the nuclear power station at Oldbury,

and then followed the pill inland to the church on the top of the hill.

We then walked through Oldbury, taking a look at the old fort,

had an interesting time being followed by chickens as we crossed a farm,

and then followed Rockhampton Rhine for most of the return.
