Shipham to Crook Peak

 12th Nov 2015

Britain seems to be stuck under the jetstream at the moment,

and there are very few good walking days.

This walk we managed to miss the rain in an area close to Cheddar.

We started at Shipham, and walked up Shute Shelve Hill, across to Compton Hill and Crook Peak,

returning at a lower level via Winscombe and following a section of the Strawberry Line track.

It was a lovely ridge walk, returning through some varied countryside, still displaying autumn colours.
