Madeira
1 week in Madeira staying at Arco da Calheta,
chosen because of proximity to Calheta beach for swimming,
the sunny aspect, and the wide choice of walks withing easy reach.
7 on the map is Calheta, and our house was 5 mins drive to the North East,
situated at 300m above sea level, in a very quiet location,
with beautiful views towards the sea.
It was a lovely house, but it was very difficult to find.
Each time we went out, we were never sure we would find it again!

A very enjoyable holiday
We didn't do half the walks we would like to have done, so I guess we'll have to go back again.
