After a not very accurate weather forecast,

the day turned out very wet and we cut the walk short.

We went to the sink hole on the River Giedd,

but we were going to do a much broader sweep across the Camarthen Fans.

It was good to see the river disappearing into the hole,

as recently we had only seen the river bed dry.
