The snow made this a terrific walk.

Starting at Great Witcombe, we joined the Cotswold Way at Coopers Hill, and walked mainly on this path as far as Birdlip,

and The Peak, continuing along the next very attractive section before crossing the A 437 and goiing along the top of Crickley Hill.

The return route followed the foot of the hills, which was quite as attractive as the tops, and less busy.
