Very good conditions for this walk, from Cymer, then up to Bwlchgarw, overlooking theGarw valley,
a lovely walk over the tops towards Mynydd Bach, crossing the Llynfi valley,
and returning via Garn Wen, Nant Tryfal,
and finally the new cycle track which has been constructed on the old railway line
along the Afon afan
