Making the most of the Llangattock escarpment.

A beautiful day, forecast warm and fine all day,

It started cloudy, but soon developed into a perfect walking day.

The quarry at Darren Cilau

Pwll Gwy-rhoc - The most brilliant colour blue, worth negotiating the boggy ground for!

Looking towards Buckland Hill

and towards Tor-y-foel

Looking north from Craig y Castell towards Twyn Disgwylfa and the Black Mountains

Heading east now, back towards the escarpment for a high level return

Steve retracing his steps to a less dangerous path!

The sun going down produced some lovely evening light

Looking back towards the west, above Waun Ddu
