Forest Coal Pit

Starting from Forest Coalpit, a mainly low level walk,

following the Grwyne Fawr Valley to Garn Wen,

dropping to the Vale of Ewyas, and crossing the Honddu,

following the Valley as far as Llanthony Abbey,

climbing to the ridge, and following Offas Dyke path south,

before returning along the northern slopes of Bryn Arw to the start
