Starting from Llanwrthwl,
towards Cnwch, overlooking the Caban-coch reservoir for early lunch,
south-east past all the ancient cairns on y Gamriw
south past Pontbren-ddu, and down the attractive Cwm Chwefri
before a steep climb back up to Drum-ddu & Trembyd
descending eastwards to the Wye Valley walk to return.
